Fun Marketing Experiment (Your Assistance Needed)
by James on 01/08/09 at 6:04 pm
As I explained in the video I am in the process of experimenting with the 10 x 10 x 4 Market Domination Formula as explained by Mike Koenigs from Traffic Geyser and I need your help. In return I’ll reveal to you how the marketing works out when it’s all said and done.
Please tell me what is your biggest question about how to build your network marketing / MLM business using the internet?
I will then be recording 10 short videos that answer the top FAQs. I will also sign up for Traffic Geyser and test it’s magic. Each video will direct viewers to a squeeze page where they can opt-in for a total of 20 videos.
The idea is to use the power of Traffic Geyser’s distribution system to get floods of free traffic to your videos by achieving high search engines rankings.
It’ll be interesting to see if it works.

LOVE your idea James!
I’m really going to dive more into checking out TrafficGeyser. Mike K. gave me some GREAT advice on what camera to buy 5 months ago…so after your advice above…I’m going to dive into the 10×10x4 formula.

Yeah man, when I saw that video outlining this formula I was like dang! That’s a good idea
What camera did he suggest you buy? I’m using the Flip Mini HD for the videos you see here but I really want something that’s easy to use (like the flip) but also has a mic output.

Hi David, you can do a search on Google for “learn to build a website” and you should find tons of free, helpful resources to get you going. Setting up a wordpress blog would be the easiest place to start. Check out: http://wordpress.com

Hey James – roughly when will DLS3 be ready? If it’s going to be a long wait what to you recommend we use while we wait? Do you promote other systems or just DLS2? I think I’ve seen some cross promotions you’ve done. Send email reply if that’s the best way to answer. Thanks.
Testing the 10X10X4 formula is a really good idea. Please let us know how it works out!

Hi Norf, DLS3 is a long way from being ready but this is good because you have a lot of work to do before YOU will be READY for IT.

How do I stay organized and not get distracted by all of the offers while online. In other words how can I earn a daily income and not break the bank by joining every single thing that is emailed to me, how do I judge what is hype and what is not? I feel that once I can become completely organized than I can be more organized and effective with my marketing business, it’s just knowing when to make the right move, what is the criteria that you use to accomplish this? Thanks

Hi James it took how long before we actually connected ? 1 Year or more! what changed ? I can remember canceling your email subscriptions at least a couple of times!
So yea video probably broke through that barrier right! Oh you are on face book , well we are on even ground , second barrier.
Yea The idea I think you have is a great one as I was beginning to adventure into helping others buy interviewing and have them talk about their business using video.
My biggest qusetion is how do you get or win over an audience?
I mean the trust! Confidence ,Ssecurity a true leadership!
James Reply:

Hi Carl, yes video is powerful. I’m just now starting to use it more and as you’ve stated, it helped break down the trust barrier with you. Technically you answered your own question within your response to me.

Coupla weeks ago I purchased some software that was going to show me how to use video and audio in my autoresponder. It’s up on my server now and I completely forgot about it until I got your email and saw your video. Obama used to send to me emails with video inside and I’ve not once discarded any such without 1st watching the message.
Bottom line? I’m gonna be using video embedded emails in the autoresponder and thank you for reminding me to get on it.

As an experienced (old school) network marketer on and off for 20 years…I find the most important element in the begining for people building their business online (and offline) is to ASAP start to earn money! …so many quit quickly coz they don’t see results…so my question….How do I (within the first 30 days) make commission from my internet business?
enjoy ! and the best of luck with this endeavour…
P.S. thanks for those super squeeze pages you created..I haven’t given it my total focus at present but time WILL be made!
God bless,
Ian

Hi James,
This appears to be a very interesting experiment, though for it to be “successful and scientifically significant”, please try to get maximum involvement from all your subscribers,
so that the results are more statistically relevant i.e. i
t needs to be a minimum number of 256, better to have 512, and preferably 1,024 or even more if possible.
(I am not trying to be overly pedantic here, but let’s all try to get meaningful results for all).
Keep up the good work.
Good Luck
Jack
James Reply:
August 2nd, 2009 at 2:32 pm
Hi Jack,
The experiment is about the Traffic Geyser system distributing the content and achieving high search engine rankings. And whether or not I can turn those “video views” into subscribers, and eventually… happy customers.
I’m not sure how maximum involvement from my subscribers will make much difference? Unless you’re referring to the questions they are asking? The larger the pool of questions, the more accurate the top 10 FAQs will be? Is that what you mean?

Hi James,
Your on the money again, the new biggest marketing tool coming IM today is VIDEO. This is a must tool and we all need to make use of its creativety, more importantly the dramatic effect it is going to have on the way you bring your MLM products to a successful conclusion within your online business.
To be able to see the person behind the program or site, allows you to make a sensible decision on what action you take, if by chance you do not like what you see or how its portrayed, then you change your decision and you are still a winner, whether you buy or you dont.
Your own personal videos you put out for us all to listen and watch, proves my point, we all want to emulate success? So, yes bring on as many Video tutorials as possible in my book.
Thankyou for your inspiring blogs and projects, I for one am looking forward to seeing the new DS3 when it comes to market, I presume with videos abound? Which should be a good bet, I am sure. lol
