You hit it on the head. I have been reading many books and just did not know the name of the Zeigarnik effect. I have been looking for the term. Your marketing techniques gave me a true starting point from stagnation. I understand how to keep people on the edge of their seats now more then ever and YOU prove me right. I have to say that curiosity killed the cat and we are all just cats. You are awesome for putting this to everyone even more clearly. Because of you, more people understand how to really market anything. James, I can’t believe it. You hit it on the head.
